Yes definitely, you are eligible for JEE MAINS. According the eligibility criteria you need to have 75% aggregate in your +2. So you have more than that. That's Okk. But JEE MAINS top colleges like NIT'S, IIIT'S & other top government colleges takes admission basis on your JEE MAINS rank only.
So, your boards will not give you any extra credit.
