Sir i got rank 60...can i expect a seat at osmania university.If can't get it in the 1st phase of couselling will i get it in 2nd counsel?

As you mention your rank as 60 but you didn't mention about the course you are applying the courses . if you are applying for m.tech course then it is difficult to get admission there as most of the m.tech seat are filled by GATE candidates but if you are going for b.tech then there are less chance to get so attempt all counselling.
