Last year closing marks for BITS PILANI , HYDERABAD and GOA campus were 270 , 257 and 260 respectively.
That's why you don't have any chances to get BTech seat in any campus of BITS as there is no reservations in any of the bits campuses and to confirm your admission your score should be above 300.
