See after the results there is all india counseling in the first and second rounds. Then the remaining seats are alloted to the states. The state conducts the counseling on its criteria. Every state has its own rules to do that. Then there are rounds for allotment of college and the last one is institutional round in which the last remaining seats are alloted. The any kind of reservation is considered on whether you are qualified in neet on the given percentile or not. It is implemented in both aiq and state level. Thank you. All the best.
