Sir, my house number is different in caste certificate and domicile certificate and my father and mother name is also a little bit different in both the certificates will they cancelled my form in UP SI please suggest me

if your application is under the process already for verification then I can make verdict that it'll get passed or rejected.
My suggestion for you is that you should inform the issue to the authority and get guidance and also submit all the documents for corrections and make a affidavit mentioning that you'll submit all the correct documents with a date which will be provided by the authority.
