Sir my jee rank is 40000 in sc category can i got any branch in bit sindri college

Basically till the last year to get admission in bit sindri on had to go for JCECEB exam conducted by jharkhand state and now its first year so tgat admission process are under jee main so it is hard to say .
But though bit sindri is among most reputed colleges so one atleast have to score 93 percentile as a general student to get into it . as the students who are unable to get into any iit or nit they surely option for bit sindri hence minimum a percentile of 93 is required for general student . But as you sc rank is 40000 I dont think you can get into any branch in bit sindri .
