sir my neet all india rank is 250784 and I'm from Jharkhand. my category is sc. I want to ask that if I can get any govt mbbs Or bds college at ranchi like rims. 2024 rims cuttoff for bds is showing 252455 I want to know that if this cuttoff belongs to stray vacancy round.
