Being in the SC category and having an All India NEET Rank of 250784 makes it impossible that you would be selected for a government MBBS or BDS seats in Ranchi, such as RIMS during the regular counselling rounds. But there is a chance in the round of stray vacancies. These rounds usually have lower cutoffs than the main counselling rounds.
