Hi.. For state quota the following requirements are to be taken care of:
1- you should have a domicile of the same state.
2- Your should have your 11&12th passed out from the same state.
3- You should have a valid address proof of the same state.
If any of the 3 points if fulfilled, you can apply for the same.
