First of congrats, for your performance in IPE, that's a decent effort. As per the specified scores of your IPE and EAMCET, your rank would probably lie around.. 45,000. In order to get a free seat, your rank should be less than 10,000. As per the rank you have achieved, it would a pretty difficulty task to get a free seat.
