Yes, IITH has already introduced ug course in artificial intelligence.
Although IIT Hyderabad is the first institute among the IITs to introduce the BTech program in AI course and the seats will be limited, still the cutoff rank for this course might compete with the ranks of CSE of many IITs. We can't be exactly sure about the closing ranks as it's a completely new branch, it can be nearly 2000s or can accept more ranks...
