Suppose while checking my answer key I am getting 140 out of 400 so how many rank I got in upsee exam and can I get a government college

Based on the previous years cut offs, assuming that you belong to the general category I am very sorry to tell you that you might have a less chances to get an admission in many of the good colleges. But you need not worry as there are many private colleges which will give you an admission based on the marks you have secured.
