though i registered for jossa but i forgot to choice filling can i appy for councilling through Csab

You do not need to worry if you can not participate in the josaa counselling since both the josaa and csab counselling are different.
Csab counselling are organised after the the completion of the josaa counselling and for the vacant seats that are left for admission in several government colleges.
So you register and participate in the csab counselling even though you have not participated in the josaa counselling . You have to first register for the counselling and then fill the seat allocation according to your choice. After that when the counselling starts then you csn get your preferred seat and colleges based on your rank.
So you can freely participate in the csab counselling. Hope this resolves your query.
