I think you are trying to ask about till which step you can apply for basic registration for any application form for an examination. If that is so the most of the the application where basic registration is almost free and they do not charge any fee. Fee is normally charged after completing your final application and submitting it. Only few of the application where you need to pay fee before otherwise fee is always prepared after completing application form. Rinkesh, if this is in regards to AIIMS B.Sc Nursing Basic Registration, you needn't make any payment towards the application fees. While filling the Basic Registration, you will enter your basic details like Name as in 12th class marks sheet, Father's name as per records, Mother's name as per records, Address, Date of Birth as per 10th marks seat, Category, Caste certificate and PWD certificate if applicable, ID card details. Once you submit these details, you will receive Registration Id and password. You need to use these details to login and complete the basic registration process by uploading your Photograph, Signature and Left thumb impression.
