Not necessarily to come along with parents.
Students however must carey all important documents which is more important ljke Admit card, score card, caste certificate if any, marksheets, birth certificate, Id Proof, etc.

No it is not necessary but on the papers guardian signs will be required so u can go with ur cousin brother .
