    You can write KCET if you have domicile certificate of Karnataka. You are Ward of Defence Personnel in karnataka, Your Mother Tongue is Kannada. If you are candidate of  State and Central Government Employees. If you are Migrant Candidates of Jammu and Kashmir and if you are related to Children/Ward of Members of Parliament.
