Hello,
No matter where your prior education has taken place, anybody from across the country can apply for Anna University. Depending on the course you will be opting for, you will have to check your eligibility and attend the respective entrance examination. If you clear the cut off, no matter where you belong to, you will be admitted to Anna University!
