You have the correct information regarding HPNLU 5th cutoff. Indeed, the Shimla NLU has announced its fifth round BA LLB admission cutoff putting it at 53 marks for All India Category Seats. Those who belong to Himachal Pradesh, the BA LLB admission cutoff marks for them is 21.
However, the HPNLU had also notified to offer admissions for the vacant seats basis the 5th cutoff till July 25, 2018.
The HPNLU offers 60 seats in the BA LLB programme.
