    Ph.D admission requires a master’s degree with a minimum of 60% aggregate marks. Candidates must appear for the BITS Pilani entrance exam, followed by a personal interview. Selection is based on entrance exam scores, interview performance, and academic credentials. Candidates with M.Phil/ ME/ M.Tech or national fellowships like CSIR NET-JRF/ DBT-JRF or UGC NET-JRF are exempted from the entrance test.
