In Anna University admissions through TNEA, apart from the students of TamilNadu, candidates from other states too can participate in the counseling and there are a certain number of seats reserved for those people who don't have nativity in Tamilnadu. The number of seats reserved is based on the zones like north zone, etc. However you can go through the following link to know about the cut off's and ranks for the previous years and calculate your chances of selection
