hello Siddharth,
Dr.Ram Manohar Lohia, Delhi and Dr.Babasaheb ambedkar college,Delhi both are good colleges and well known.Bith are government colleges and both are approved by Medical Council of India(MCI).
But if we compare both these college than Dr.Babasaheb ambedkar college seems to be better than Ram Manohar Lohia as per the resources available and reviews on academics and other facilities.
