You should have select BE in the registration process if you wanted to study BTECH IN BITSAT .
BE Stands for Bachelor in Engineering while BTECH stands for bachelor of technology .
These two are more or less same in their curriculum , course etc. and also companies treat both in the same way . They differ just in their name but they did not differ in any basis of placements , courses etc.
If you are okay with BE then select BE while filling the application form.
