Hi, the merit list usually comes latest by the mid of December. Also, there is an ambiguity about the announcement of merit list since the vacancy is too low. The vacancy for any batch is 37. Therefore, there is a very high possibility of the fact that the Indian Navy might only be contacting the selected candidates.
