When form for Delhi technical university is comes out,and can I eligible to fill the form if I am giving improvement exam this year?

Can you clarify if you want the information for DTU or Delhi Technical Campus in Greater Noida which is affiliated to IPU? If it is Delhi Technical Campus in Greater Noida then IPU CET form will start from February 15. Yes you can fill the form if you are giving improvement. all the best!

Delhi Technical University takes the admission through JAC Delhi Counselling on the basis of JEE Main Score. You can apply this year but at the time of counselling you should have your Report Card & all the required documents.
