IIT Madras offers 5 year integrated MA Humanities programmes. It offers MA in English as well as in Development Studies. There is an entrance test called HSEE for admission to this.

Hi Saket,
Though IIT Khadagpur and IIT Kanpur have 5 year integrated programme in the subject but they offer M Sc degree. There are many other renowned institutes which do offer this course. The list includes IIT Guwahati, IIT Madras, TISS, Amity University.
