Which collage is best when compared with IIT and BITS

First of all, to clarify your doubt, you need to know that there isn't only 1 IIT/BITS. Currently there are 23 IITs and 3 BITS colleges in our country. So you can't just randomly compare the 2 tags.
Coming to your question, comparision between IITs and BITS tells us that both are equally good. The difference comes when you consider various aspects like academic records, fee structure, placements, campus, location, city preference, club activities etc. Both the college types provide ample oppurtunities, for academics as well co-curricular activities.
