Assuming you have taken your JEE MAINS entrance(as you have not mentioned anything),being a general category candidate with 10,000 rank is appreciated. Congrats, you  are eligible for all the IIT's and the NIT's. DO give a try for your local IIT or NIT for your interested branch.

As the results are recently declared the cutoffs are not yet decided, so we will not be able to give you the exact information.By seeing the previous years cutoffs you can get a government college. Here I am listing some of the good government and private college.

Some of the good government colleges are:

• Bundelkhand Institute of Engineering & Technology, Jhansi
• Rajkiya Engineering College, Ambedkar Nagar
• Kamla Nehru Institute of Technology, Sultanpur

Some of the good private colleges are:

• J.S.S. Academy of Technology Education, Noida
• Galgotias College of Engineering & Technology, Greater Noida
• Ajay Kumar Garg Engineerring College, Ghaziabad
• Krishna Institute of Engineering and Technology, Ghaziabad
