Which college is best CTAE UDAIPUR or GEC AJMER for civil branch. And i got 1150(obc) rank in reap can i get these colleges with civil.?

I suggest you going for civil in CTAE Udaipur because its one of the old government college. Here you will get access to a lot of new things and you would get nice experiences,along with Udaipur is a big city so you will get more opportunities there.
