I will not be biased to LPU, but will tell you the exact reality and industry expectations. Placement is something, which depends on both the student as well the college or university you are studying in. Both the parties, Student and University have to give their inputs then only, you can good placement.

First let me talk about University or college, In case of placement the job of university is to get the best company for campus placement or get the students connected to maximum no. of companies. Another most important job of the university is to prepare the student well for placements. This is one of the most important job to be taken care by the university.Just connecting the student to the company is not enough, preparing the student for the cracking the interview is more important. I being the LPU alumni, really appreciate the efforts of the Placement Enhancement Programs team for preparing the students from the first semester itself.

They focus on not only the technical part but also on other aspects of cracking the interview. LPU faculties prepare the student from scratch, focusing upon their communication skills, dressing sense,preparing CV, addressing seniors, responding questions, handling situation and many more.
