Admission to B.Tech will be done through entrance examination which is JEE-Main/CET/COMEDK. Candidates have to register for any of the counselling process conducted by Karnataka Examination Authority (KEA) or Consortium of Medical, Engineering and Dental Colleges of Karnataka (COMEDK). KLE Technological University was established by Hubli KLE Society, Belgaum in the year 1947. It was formerly known as B. V. Bhoomaraddi College of Engineering and Technology (BVB). In the year 2015, it was renamed as KLE Technological University, Hubballi and obtained the status of State Private University.
