No, with this percentile of 89.35 its impossible for you to take admission in VNIT NAGPUR B.Arch. programme
The cutoff for that programme is:
3484 rank for home state.
3250 for other state.
Around roughly 2-3 lakhs candidates appear for JEE MAINS PAPER 2. With the help of your percentile i.e. 89.35 your rank will be approx in the range of 20k - 30k.
So it's not possible for you to get B.Arch. programme at VNIT.
