i want to do B.Sc neuroscience course after 12th std (2020) i am planning repeat for neet will IISc or any other good institute that offers BSc neuroscience accept "REPEAT NEET (2021) score"

To get admission in Bsc from IISC, you need to pass class 12th- Biology, physics, chemistry or maths and qualifying score card of JEE (mains), KVPY or NEET.
It does not matter whether you are NEET dropper or fresher, you just need to provide your 12th score card alongwith NEET score card
