Would i get a registered license no. after completing mbbs from any college in India?

Hello,
Till now there is no need to take MCI test for indian MBBS graduates , After 1 year residency indian medical graduate can directly apply for state or national medical council for permanent rrgistration.
For foreign medical graduates only after passing FMGEE exam conducted by MCI can they apply for medical council registration.
Permanent registration from state/national medical council is required to practice medicine in india
Union government is planning to conduct NEXT exam for even indian graduates for regiatration , but it is not yet finalised, it is being opposed by medical bodies in india like IMA
