St. Xavier's College Entrance Test 2021 Eligibility Criteria
The eligibility criteria for St. Xavier’s Entrance Test 2021 are as follows:
- Candidates who have passed their 10+2 from a recognized board are eligible for registering for the exam
- The minimum aggregate in 10+2 exam should be 60 per cent
- Those candidates belonging to the minority category should have 55 per cent in their 10+2 examinations and those belonging to the reserved category should have 50 per cent marks in their 10+2
- Candidates from General Category whose birth date falls on or after 1st June 1995 are eligible to appear for St. Xavier’s Entrance Test
- Candidates who belong to the Catholic community and SC/ST category who are born on or after 1st June 1994 are eligible to sit for St. Xavier’s Entrance Test 2021.

Candidates who are interested in pursuing the BMS programme from St. Xavier’s college Mumbai should meet the following eligibility criteria:
- Candidates must have completed their 10+2 from a recognised board are eligible for the exam
- The minimum aggregate in 10+2 exam should be 60 percent
- Candidates belonging to the minority category should have 55 percent in their 10+2 examinations and reserve category candidates should have 50 percent marks in their 10+2
- General Category candidates whose birth date falls on or after 1st June 1996 are eligible to appear for the Xavier’s Entrance Test
- Candidates who belong to the Catholic community and SC/ST category who are born on or after 1st June 1995 are eligible to sit for St. Xavier’s Entrance Test 2020.

Those interested in pursuing the BMM programme from St. Xavier’s college Mumbai should meet the following eligibility criteria:

- Candidates belonging to the minority category should have 55 percent in their 10+2 examinations and reserve category candidates should have 50 percent marks in their 10+2

St. Xavier's College Entrance Test XIC OET Eligibility Criteria
Those interested in sitting for XIC OET 2021 should meet the following eligibility requirements:
- Candidates should be of 35 years or less
- Candidates should have completed their graduation in a university approved stream (Arts, Commerce, Science, Computers, BMM, BMS, BE, Catering etc.)
- For Advanced Integrated Communication Programme, a graduate with a minimum work experience of two years (It would be preferred if the candidate is an executive or has a supervisory function).
- Sponsorship is preferred, but it is not compulsory. However, a letter from the organisation is required which states that your organisation is aware that you are attending the programme.

St. Xavier's College Entrance Test 2021 Exam Pattern
The test duration is two hours. The written tests if for 100 marks and are carried out AI-proctored platform supported with Manual Proctoring (Invigilation). It is an objective type test which is done on an OMR sheet. The written test is based on Multiple Choice Questions. The entrance test is conducted in English and there is no negative marking. The examination must be attempted only using a suitable Laptop / Desktop with a Windows OS.

The candidate should be eligible to get admission for BMM, that is the candidates must have cleared their class 12 (10+2) board exams in any stream from a recognised board of education and also ensure that they have secured a minimum aggregate score of 45% in the qualifying exam.
Admissions to the 3-year Bachelor of Mass Media admissions course will be conducted as per the admission policies of individual mass media colleges in India. Each college will offer admissions to aspirants in methods.
Based on the admission policies of the media college of the aspirant’s choice, candidates may either be asked to appear for an entrance test, which would most likely be conducted by the college itself. On the other hand, colleges may also offer admissions to the candidates based on merit alone.
In India, two methods of admissions are opted by media colleges, viz., Merit-based or Entrance Test-Based.

Yes a pcb student can go for bmm course . But talking about Xavier than you have to clear their entrance test to get admissions.

IPMAT is an exam which is conducted for admission into 5 year Integrated Program in Management. However, St. Xaviers do not accept IPMAT score for admission into any courses. So, you cannot get into St. Xaviers through IPMAT scores.
