Yes, you will be eligible to give JEE Mains exam and JEE Advanced. The criteria to give JEE mains exam is not top 20 percentile or 75% aggregate. You can still give JEE mains even if you are not able to score 75% in your 10+2 level or even if you are not in the top 20. The minimum 75% aggregate was for admissions in NITs and IITs which the officials have removed due to the COVID situation. Top 2,50,000 successful candidates on the basis of JEE Main 2022 exam will be eligible to attempt the JEE Advanced exam. BBOSE is a government recognized institute, this board is valid everywhere in India like for UPSC, BPSC, railway, bank, Neet, IIT, air force, navy, or any competitive exam.
Even for any universities or institutions it is accepted.

Yes you can appear in the same year for improvement examination. So if you had appeared for class 12th board examination from Bihar board this year then you can appear for improvement examination as well in this year. There will be separate examination forms for improvement examination which will be released after the declaration of results of board examinations and also note that you apply for improvement of as many subjects as you want because there is no limit.

Yes as per the latest eligbility criteria pf NEET UG the candidates having Biology as an additional subject are provisionally eligible means there eligibility cubjects to the verdict of Hon'ble SC because the case regarding the same is pending in SC so for now you are eligible.
For your reference complete NEET UG eligibility criteria is mentioned below :-
** You must have passed 10+2 from any recognized central/state board.
** English should also be in your curriculum of class 12th and also you should have passed in it.
** You minimum age should be more that or equal to 17 years by December 31st 2022, as per the current eligibility criteria.
** As of now there is no upper age limit for NEET but the case is pending in Hon'ble SC and by 2022 if the verdict comes then the upper age limit may be decided and it can be either 25 or as decided by SC.

As per the NEET notification, the student need to have Biology as one of the subject in your 10+2. So if you have Biology as one of the subject in your 10+2 being elective won't matter, but you should have secured atleast 50% marks in Biology in order to be eligible along with the other eligibility conditions.
