b pharmacy or pharma D which is best career options

Shreyosi Santra 22nd Dec, 2021

Hello Aspirant ,

Hope you are doing well. As per your query let me tell you that both B Pharmacy and Pharma D is good for career , here you have to choose according to your interest . Pharma D Has got good 'work abroad' scope associated with it. Pharma D is the minimum degree required to practice as a pharmacist in many developed countries. On the other hand B Pharmacy has decent work scope in India, it is not so widely accepted in developed countries ,Pharma D is the minimum qualification there. For pharma D the average pay is good starting from INR 3,00,000 to INR 7,00,000. Fresher salary ranges from INR 1,90,000 to INR 3,00,000  which increases with experience. And  A pharmacist's salary ranges from beginning at 45000 a month, to around 60000 a month after two years.

Hope it will help you

Thank you.

i am studying in 12 class with super medical but i am confused that what I will do after 12 kindly suggest me good career options with more sallery

Prakhar Medhavi 15th Jan, 2022

Hello candidate

It is good that you are serious about your future and are taking in charge of your future and your career. You are currently in 12th standard and have a good amount of time to focus and shape your career. You should focus on your 12th grade as it is very important to get good grades in this class. Almost all the good colleges take admission based on your 12th marks and you have to get really high marks to secure a seat in one of them.

The competition to get into good colleges is fierce and only a handful amount of students are able to make their way in. The good colleges have small number of seats and are plagued by the reservation system too. If you take up super medical stream in PSEB, you will have Mathematics as an extra subject. And so you are still eligible for JEE Mains and JEE Advanced provided you study Mathematics both in your 11th and 12th. It doesn't say Core subjects but only says as compulsory subjects.

So you have Mathematics and Biology at your hand. You are eligible to sit for both the medical and engineering entrances and it is generally viewed that medical professionals earn a little more than the engineering counterparts, provided they are the best in their field. You can start preparing either for the medical entrances or the engineering entrances as per your interests or can prepare for both simultaneously.

All the best for your future endeavours and feel free to ask your queries.
