Hii Prabhu. The eligibility for the post of scientist or engineer at ISRO is that the applicant should have qualified in B.E/B.Tech or an equivalent qualifying degre  with a minimum of 65% marks or CGPA of 6.84 on a scale of 10.  Applicants with a M.E/M.Tech degree along with B.Tech

The course is available at IISc (Indian Institute of Science Bengaluru) as "Master of Technology in Computational Science". Also There is a similar course by the name "Master of Science in Computer Science" i.e., "M.Sc in Computer Science".
