You can apply for sliding or upgradation, if there is any slide from other branches then you may get other branches.

If there is vacancy still then you can get other college or ciurse through upgradation.

Your CAT score is valid for one year. You can take admission for the academic year 2018-20 in any MBA college/institute which accepts CAT score. However, I believe you wish to pursue distance MBA since you mentioned 'online MBA course'. Online MBA courses are offered in distance mode

If you are a 10+2 student then you have to appear and crack for JEE-MAIN & then have to crack JEE-ADVANCE to join IIT colleges. Then go for councilling and choose in which IIT you want to go.

If you cannot crack JEE-MAIN you'll not eligible for JEE-ADVANCE.

Kindly add some more information to your question so that we can assist you in a better way.
IIT accepts admission on the basis of jee advanced score and also you need to have 75% aggregate marks in class 12th board exams to be eligible for admission.
