Your CAT score is valid for one year. You can take admission for the academic year 2018-20 in any MBA college/institute which accepts CAT score. However, I believe you wish to pursue distance MBA since you mentioned 'online MBA course'. Online MBA courses are offered in distance mode
Unfortunately there are no lateral entries in any of the IITs. You need to clear IIT JEE and follow the conventional admission procedures.

I think it is too late to become PEC to IIT.
If PEC become IIT then all the things will be change. Like machines in workshop will change, classes will be improved , budget will be increase , new teachers will come, syllabus will change etc etc.
