try downloading it,in 2-3 days and if you are not able to do so then you will be attend the kcet option entry,just what you have to do is explain the problem to them and first of all check in 2-3 days maybe due to some technical problem

yes during the counselling of KCET 2018 candidates have to carry original documents along with their photocopied for the verification
the verificatio slip is issued to the candidates,after which he can participate in option entry round.
