As you have mentioned that you did your graduation in BBA so you are eligible even if you have completed your graduation with aggregate of 50% because for admission to MA Philosophy you need to appear for JNUEE and eligibility for it says that the candidate should have minimum 50% marks in any discipline of graduation but the candidates belonging to Science and Technology discipline should have at least 55% aggregate marks in graduation. So you are eligible for JNUEE for admission to MA in philosophy but note that the above eligibility criteria is only for JNUEE and for getting seat in the required course you need to secure good score in JNUEE because the seats will be allotted on the basis of score of JNUEE. If by CUCET you meant the entrance test conducted for admission to central universities all over India, then this year official notification isn't released yet, and from this year onwards there will a total of 41 central universities which will be participating through CUCET for admission to various undergraduate and post-graduate courses, now as per the official website with all the universities that were there, none of any had pg course in philosophy, you can check out the same at https://cucetexam.in/CUCET2020/RecPages/Search01Program16Details.aspx
The eligibility criteria to pursue MA Philosophy is passed graduation in any discipline from a recognized university with 50% aggregate, the entrance test will be conducted for 120 minutes carrying 360 questions in MCQs format with 120 questions, the syllabus will be based on graduation level, hence you have to be well acquainted with the graduation studies, you can go through previous year paper at http://bhuonline.in/old-qus-paper-entr.html , this will give you an idea about important topics, paper pattern and other such relevant details.
