Sorry to say this. It's too difficult to get NIT Delhi with your rank. Your rank is much behind the previous year cut-off. This suggestion is made considering the previous year closing rank.

137080 is not agood rank to get any good nit or even a private college.
For nit your rank should be under 10-20k.
