MBA - Masters in Business Administration can be pursued by anyone who has a graduation degree or equivalent from a recognized college. Given that you have already completed your graduation, you are definitely eligible for the same.
In order to pursue MBA from any college, every college has their own entrance exam or they accept scores of a wider level entrance exam like CAT,MAT,XAT etc. Therefore to join for the course, you must first take the exam and get the percentile score.
