The eligibility criteria for joining DTU is 60% in your 10 and 12th. And yes you have to qualify jee main with good rank as per the cutoffs.
You were pursuing your graduate in some college and you dropped it.
Any way you will be eligible as per the rules specified. You can go through both the eligibility criteria for jee and DTU before going into anything.

Does the eligibility criteria for nsut is same as dtu?

Yes, it is same. There are some relaxation for the reserves category but the minimum mark required is 60%.
I heard that there is a circular given by nsut that one must have scored 75 % or more in 12thi n order to seek admission

Yes for DTU it is 60%. For reservation category There might be some relaxation.
Also when I googled nsut admission eligibility criteria 2020 it shows 60% required for ADM...please resolve this dought
