Hello uvaish,
Sorry to say that you have low chances to get in dtu,delhi with your jee marks.
But dont worry your CGL rank will be around 70000 to 75000 and since you are rank is a out 35 to 40k in obc category you will be getting good colleges around india .
Still apply for DTU , lets hope for the best
