Hii,
The Rajasthan Technical University does not provide a distance learning B.Tech in Textile Technology. This course requires in-person attendance. Although the government may not fully recognize these degrees, some other colleges may offer online or distance learning B.Tech programs in textile technology.
Therefore, full-time on-campus study is preferable if you want a legitimate B.Tech degree. I can help you look for other options if you'd like.
