Hi Mazharuddin!
The last date for assignment submission for IGNOU was extended to 15 May. After 15 May, there have been no such extensions hence it doesn't seem possible for you to submit an assignment now. I would advise you to get in touch with your regional center and see if anything can be done.

Hi Mazharuddin,Ihave already answered this query of yours. Yes, you can submit assignments in September but you will have to appear for December TEE for those subjects. You will not be allowed to write your TEE in March and submit assignments in September. Kindly co-ordinate with the concerned authorities.
