Can one migrate from one collage to another coming under same university and can fee deposited can be shifted to other after deducting

Hey jasleen!

Yes you can migrate from one college to PU to other if you satisfy the given conditions :

You should not be in fifth semester or postgraduate level.
You should have great marks.
You should have a valid reason for shifting.

And yes , fee can be shifted to other college.
