In order to get admission in Government colleges you should have the domicile of West Bengal. Other state students can apply for WBJEE Entrance Exam but they will be eligible only for the private colleges of West Bengal. You can check the further information with the given below link.

There is no restriction for other state candidates in appearing in WBJEE.
However, for admission at government engineering or technology institute, you must be a resident of the state. Other state cadidates though can apply for admission to private institutes.
