Cgpa-5.5 caste-SC Gate Score-240 currently btech at NIT mizoram but i want to switch To NIT Sikkim for Mtech is there any chance to get admission in NIT Sikkim

Getting M.Tech admission at National Institute of Technology Sikkim with a GATE score of 240 and 5.5 CGPA is very difficult because:

• CCMT/NIT eligibility for SC/ST candidates usually requires at least around 55% or 6.0 CGPA , and
• recent SC category GATE cutoffs for many branches are generally much higher than 240.

You can still consider:

• private universities,
• state universities, or
• institutes with lower cutoff requirements.
