College i got in round 1 i didn't apply for the seat. So how can i apply the round 2

You are not required to apply for the round 2 ones again.
You will be alloted seat on the basis of the choice that you have filled during the starting of the counseling.
But since you have not reserved your seat for the college you have got in round 1 you have no college now in your hands
Now just wait for further counseling.
